Q5 3 spoke s-line steering wheel options

I am keen to convert our 2012 Q5 2.0T Premium Plus four spoke MFC steering wheel to a three spoke MFC with paddle shifters. Although I've found some threads concerning people doing same, I have unable to find a definitive list of part numbers for compatible wheels and airbag units. For example, I have found three spoke s-line wheels on ebay, but it's unclear that these wheels and related airbags will fit the Q5. For example, these parts:

Steering wheel: 8k0 419 091 BC
Air bag: 8K0 880 201 E 6PS

Clearly, these are A4 B8 parts, but will they also fit the Q5?

Similarly,

Airbag, 3-spoke, black: 4E0 880 201 BA 6PS (A4 A6 A8 Q7)
Airbag, 3-spoke, black: 8P7 880 201 G 6PS (A3 and Q5?)

I am especially wondering whether 8P7 880 201 G 6PS and 8k0 419 091 BC are compatible and will fit the Q5.

Does anyone have practical experience and details to share in this respect?

Serial numbers that you wrote not responsible for the Q5.

Thanks. I ended up buying a 4 spoke wheel with mfc and paddles via ebay.de. My hope is that I can pick up a black airbag cover to replace the green cover on our current 4 spoke airbag. They're common on ebay for $50-70. If I can do that, the total cost will be ~$400. A far cry from $1,000-1,500 for a new 3 spoke. Would have preferred a lightly used 3 spoke sline wheel, but was not keen on shelling out for new airbag.

Biggest learning experience for me thus far is that the Q5, A3, A5 sportback and cabriolet share wheels and airbags. Also, the airbags and wheels with these models have two spikes vs other combos such as those formthe A4 B8. I will post pics after I receive and install it. Fingers crossed that mfc buttons will work properly and that the paddles will work after applying well documented vag com settings.

Generally, it appears that steering wheels are compatible across:
Audi Q5 8R
Audi A5 Cabrio
Audi A5 Sportback
Audi A3 8P 2008-2012

The 4-spoke wheel I bought is: 8P0 419 091 ES 1KT

I know that many parts same but have different serial numbers
Electronic parts catalog for Audi shows that number 8P0 419 091 ES 1KT for Audi A3
