Hi, looking for a reliable dealer to have some warranty service done on my '06 A4, have schedule service w/New country Audi (Greenwich,CT), but have received a 2 disappointing service stories from colleagues at work....now I'm really considering taking it somewhere else.
Also does anyone know if there is a site that provides actual "Dealer ratings" seems everything out there is either out dated or has very little helpful information.

    Thanks all!

Greenwich audi has been great to me with every problem i have complained about to them. Center armrest, e-brake wear, suspension, etc... Warranty work should be no problem either. These dealers dont care about the cost bc Audi HQ is paying for everything and the dealers wants the labor

Danbury Audi, I took my car to Greenwich but didn't really care for their service. I love Danbury Audi. They don't even bother me for my mods.. There also not bitchy about fixing things under warranty.

There is a service guy named Chris Campanelli at the Fairfield Audi. He was awesome to work with and always had a loaner sitting and waiting for me. There were also two tech's (John A and John D) that were super friendly.

    .

Danbury Audi is good for warranty work but i would be careful if you choose to go there. Some of their techs are clearly incompetent because there have been a few instances in which i dropped my car off for service and received it back in worse shape. I posted recently in the regionals about this.

I've had a few recent iffy experiences with Danbury as well. Spilling PS fluid all over my engine bay and not cleaning it up. Completely misdiagnosing an error light on my dash. To be fair, they handled my coil pack warranty well :) .

I would say go to whatever dealer is closest. For a simple warranty repair they'll probably all be able to do a decent job.

I have several customers that have had warranty work done @ Hoffman in Hartford. So far no issues.

Well, went with Fairfield Audi, and glad I did, I was greeted very friendly upon my arrival and assisted by Chris Campanelli who confirmed that their system showed an extended warranty for "Manifold runner control Motor, Fuel Pressure sensor, and Positive crankcase Ventilation", he was careful to explained that if the "Check light" was found to not be caused by either one I would need to pay for the service. I decided to leave the car as I certain the PCV valve was a culprit from the codes received at Autozone. The shop was pretty busy so unfortunately no loaners were available, but they had a "Hertz" rep on site who provided a rental, covered by Fairfield. I gladly received a call before 4pm from Chris C. confirming the PCV and sensor were faulty and had been replaced "Under Warranty".
***In all a very pleasant experience, and RECOMMEND Fairfield Audi for warranty work.*** Thanks ALL for your comments!

**UPDATE**- Guess I spoke to soon...Car is back in the shop! As I was driving home the car lost power and began to shake abruptly, then check engine light began blinking. I drove it slowly until the first available exit and called Fairfield Audi..Spoke to Chris Campanelli who asked me to bring it back in, unfortunately I was 45min. Long story short was able to get my car close to home, this morning I started the car and the light blinked at first but after 3mins became solid. I decided to drive it to dealer at under 45mi per hr. Now its just a matter of time, sux that I felt they had provided good service and even went back this past weekend to get a oil change done, as it was on special. Will update once I have a status from Dealer...

** 2nd Update** Dealer called back, apparently 1 of the coils went bad, I asked why this wasn't pick up last time (2 weeks ago) when car was brought in for the check engine light...they said that their system check didn't pick up any issues with it. I recalled there was a campaign for the coils but the dealer states they were replaced already, calling Audi Of America to see if they can work something out...
    crossing fingers!
