Does anyone have these TYC headlights?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I found these OEM replacement headlights on Amazon and was wondering if anyone has them and if they are worth buying? My main concern is with the quality of the lenses and how the light output compares to stock. Any info on them would be much appreciated. TIA!

Junk. Stick with OE. Plenty of headlight threads in the B7 forum discussing all types of headlights and all the knockoffs are shit.

Not familiar with that brand specifically, but they look like standard aftermarket oe replacements. A lot of times these parts will be used by a body shop (and sadly many insurance companies are fine with it) If that is the case they would be built pretty much identical to the factory as far as specifications but maybe not to build quality. The other thing to watch out for is many do not include bulb and ballast on xenon/bi-xenon housings.

not particularly familiar with this product, but back when i had an eclipse, TYC had the best quality aftermarket taillights by far (for the eclipse atleast, cant speak for all cars).

Thanks for your input guys, I appreciate it.

thedaddyb - I figured as much. I know they don't include bulbs/ballasts. For the price, I didn't expect them to.
p.s. - I used to work for an insurance brokerage, I know more about what they do than you'd ever care to know haha it's awful.

Otis - The driver/passenger side are both available but listed separately.

Ves - That's not saying a whole lot since a lot of JDM parts are crap haha but thank you for your input! Good to know that TYC has some sort of standards!
