    OEM HID ballast!!

    One just went bad on my 03 A4, anyone know where to get one for the cheapest price? i really dont want to pay 200 for a new one at the dealer. I'm hoping for 100 or less!
    its the 5GL 4 pin

    HA! I doubt the dealer is going to sell you a ballast for anything as cheap as $200, I bet it's close to triple that from Audi. $115 is the cheap price for the 5GL from Chrysler. People sell them all the time for $75 used. I think Moparpartsamercia had them...

    I would definitely go with the Chrysler 300 ballast. Its the same and is a 1/4 the cost.
    Like Rollerton said, moparpartsamerica or just moparparts.com has them for relatively cheap. If you do find one with the 12pin connection, the modification to the 4pin is also very easy.

    go with the chrysler ballast same thing. I've replaced mines with it and no problems
