to add to europa parts, i bought the complete stasis +034 HFC.....personally europa parts was some of the best customer service i have recieved when i had the b7, shipped fast, and the people there were so nice over the phone and ready to remedy anything should it not be up to par....that really counts at the end of the day

18.50, plus about 5 dollars for shipping brings you to 23.50, for an option that may, or may not work......the 50$ upgrade is garunteed to get rid of your CEL (well mask it at least)
i also bought a o2 spacer.....i ended up never installing it, i just sold it and went to stage 2

the smell, im sure its not great for your health, but i dont think its taking years off of your life if that makes sense

They feature high flowing 3" stainless steel construction that fits in place of the stock catalytic converter with no modifications necessary. You know, maybe that one guy I flamed a week or so back for not knowing his shit wasn't that far off.

Hugh, explain why you show the HFC with "034Motorsport dyno showed gains of over 27WTQ amd 33WHP on stock turbo tunes."

and the test pipe with "Typical horsepower gains are 10hp+ on stock turbo tunes and 15hp+ on K04 tunes."

This is quite confusing to people who don't already know what they are looking at... and even to those who do know what they are looking at. Careless at best and wrong at worst.

It is a bit of an apples to oranges comparison. It would be nice if they gave the gains for each item in both stock turbo tune and ko4 tune.

But depending on tuning company, you do net some serious power from a stage 2 tune. *cough*REVO*cough*

Btw, my tp smelled quite a bit the first year, but I rarely ever smell it anymore.

They give the gains on the stock turbo tune. They are showing more than double the gains for the HFC as they are with the test pipe. That makes no sense. Might actually look up the old thread cause that guy tried to fight me irl about it lol

    Also not buying from 034.

There seems to be lack of members replying to threads they started when asking for advice. So I figured I do my part to discourage that.

So I purchased the my high (g)low cat and I love it.
I'm chipped stage 1 and was running that with the stock cat and there is a very noticeable difference after install.

I got the part at Europa and purchased the spacer that that they offered.
Had the install done at Tyrol motorsports and no CELs so far.

What makes everything worth it is the responsiveness that it gives all the way around.
Will be looking to go stage 2 within the next couple of months where I will be installing the downpipe so I'm very much so looking forward to the gains that I will get there.

Also there is a growl that the car makes that wasn't there before due to the install.
Again, I'm coming from Impala SS so I appreciate it. But it is nothing crazy however where you sound like a 17 year old ricer.

    Just an update.
