    *** 034Motorsport Introduces: B5 RS4 Silicone Throttle Body Boot/Adapter ***

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
We are proud to announce yet another new B5 S4 2.7T niche product to Audizine members!

This new gadget allows the use of a silicone throttle body boot on the Audi B5 RS4 / W8 75mm throttle body, negating the need for the RS4 OEM metal throttle pipe, and also allowing you to use your aftermarket bipipes with a larger throttle body and RS4 intake manifold. The RS4 throttle body does not come stock with a lip provision, so this adapter provides one!

The adapter is CNC machined aluminum right here @ 034Motorsport, includes longer hardware, and bolts directly onto the outside of the RS4 or W8 throttle body and can include our 85mm throttle body boot. It features an o-ring seal and very prominent lip to keep things together at over 40psi. The lip is also much larger then the stock 2.7T lip, allowing the use of a larger and stronger clamp for even more security.

In the near future, we will also be offering a full RS4 intake manifold "drop-in kit" to go in conjunction, which features everything needed to convert to the RS4 intake manifold and throttle body, such as our 2.7T Billet Fuel Rails and every single little clamp, crush washer, banjo fittings, AN fittings, and fuel lines to utilize your stock feed/return lines. We can supply new RS4 manifolds as well!

Look for more info on the "Drop-In Fuel Rail Kit" and "RS4 Conversion Kit" soon.

For now, the RS4 Silicone Throttle Body Adapter retails for $79, and our 85mm silicone boot can be added normally for $75 more. However, we are going to run an introductory special for Audizine members:

    Thanks guys.

I am running this on my own car, since I am already running our 034Motorsport bipipes. I decided the RS4 75mm was better matched for my car too, with 2.8L of displacement and my 2560 turbos. Be a great choice for 605 and 770 guys!

Here is a photo of the RS4 throttle body without the adapter, to illustrate the lack of a lip.
