Hey guys!

After brainstorming for a few days, Dan and I thought it would be an awesome idea to give back to the Audi community for all of their support. Since the summer is coming to an end we have decided to take a summer staple and incorporate it with our love of cars. We will be hosting the first annual Europa Parts BBQ and car show at Liberty State Park which is located in Jersey City, New Jersey. The date is as stated in the title... Sunday, August 28th, 2011 and will take place at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ.

Liberty State Park is a beautiful location on the Hudson River with a spectacular view of NYC and the Statue of Liberty. There is TONS of parking and we should ALL be able to park together no matter how many people show up. This will be a family oriented event so please feel free to bring the entire family! We will also have a prize for the cleanest Audi/VW in attendance!



The purpose of the BBQ is for everyone in the area to meet and greet one another, talk cars, and of course... have some great BBQ! The grill master will be the one and only Pepper, a good friend of mine who is truly gifted on the grill. The grill will go on at about 11am and the park doesn't close until 10pm. We will try and set up a volley ball net for some friendly competition.

This is sure to be a great way to meet some fellow "Ziners", and enjoy a beautiful summer day at a truly magnificent park. Let's hear some feedback from you guys... let's also set up some cruises... and let's make this into something we will remember from the summer of 2011!!!
