More info on this campaign in the B8 A4 tech forum, but it also applies to the A5 as well. I just had mine done while I was in the shop to replace window regulators today.

Window regulators on your A5? Anyone else had this problem? I hope this doesn't turn into a plague like BMW's window regulator issues. I've had to replace 3 on my X5...hate doing that pointless job.

My windows worked but were squealing when I open/close on a hot day.

Both of my window regulators were replaced a few months ago by the dealer and the now roll up/down quietly. I'm very glad they did it.

Does this Cam Adjuster apply to the S5? Now I also have to check my window regulators too if it's making noises. Does it sound like rubbing a balloon? :)
