Do you guys mean "creaking" noises like an old noisy mattress? I had that coming from my driver side rear spring a while back and it turns out some of the coils were touching under compression. KW replaced both rear springs and it was silent again.

First you need to figure out what's causing the noise. How is calling KW going to help?

My KW height adjustable springs sound like hell. The 4 coils that touch rub together and make awfull noises. Some kits use fewer coils and they don;t rub, but progressive ones are in constant friction whenever not on a jack.

The coil cover just wear through after awhile. (that clear tubed plastic that sheaths the spring.)

I had it on my back right aswell. A few weeks later i adjusted the ride height. I couldn't loose the back ones...forgot why but it was kinda 'locked' and i had to remove them. Once adjusted and installed back i didn't had issues anymore. I don't know what it was, but it could indeed be the coil cover that was not perfectly installed....
Might want to check with your installer or yourself before calling KW.

More often than not the reason for the coilovers locking is debris; I recommend removing the coil, cleaning it and then re-installing.

I'd love to hear pros/cons from folks who have the KW springs. I am thinking about them but if creaking noises or other issues are common then I'll look elsewhere.

Glad I went with the Eibach springs with Koni spots after reading this.
