    2012 Audi A6 Launch Control?

    No it does not and thats not something that can be VAG'd.

    US (I'm assuming MI= Michigan) A6's have an 8-speed tiptronic transmission, not DSG. However, DSG models do indeed have launch control.

    Are you in the US? I was unaware that DSG was offered here. Could you post up a video of it shifting. I would love to see this! You're making me very jealous if you do indeed have a DSG.

    So...if you have an S series 2011 and above you have launch control?

    Can someone explain the difference between DSG & CVT

    I have a 2012 A6 3.0t supercharged, wanted to know what transmission I have and if i do or do not have Launch Control so i dont end up killing my transmission.

    No US A6 has launch control as the A6 didn't come with the DSG transmission here.

    You can torque brake it though, just hold the brake and push the throttle down until the brakes can't keep the car from moving then let go and floor it.
    I dont recommend this as it's terrible for your engine and transmission.

    Hi, control was launched on 2.0T on basis of this technical data; 3.0T is pending i think.
