Has anyone heard of Leist Auto in Provo UT?

Not familiar with the dealer but I'm in Provo and very mechanically inclined, I've driven a few RS4s as well.

So called the dealer but not sure if this car is legit or not. The salesman/owner Nathan says car is 100% true. Carfax is fine and service records (called my Audi Dealer) look legit.
Anyway, deal seems too good but not sure whats up with them.

I'm looking at possibly purchasing a vehicle Leist Auto has listed but I've been unsuccessful at finding any information on the company. I'm from Florida.

seem like Leist auto only run by one person Nathan Green, he told me he is the owner plus a sale manager, i'm in half way purchasing a Porsche from him, he also told me is a cosignment car from his customer. he told me will need to wait for bank release title by next monday or tuesday. I only have his business license and bank account from bank of america.

According to Nathan this is also a cosignment car. He said first to wire the entire amount first and the car was mine. He also offered to send my dealer license. When I asked for service records and PPI by Indy (a few blocks from him) he said to first send the money? When we were on the phone we got cut off and he NEVER called me back. I emailed his Financial Dept (who emailed me sales agreement) and never heard from him. I emailed Nathan 3 times and NOTHING.

Sounds very strange and fishy but I would NOT wire any money until someone local can verify the validity of this dealer.

I used to live just down the street from this "dealer" there is no dealership at that address unless it has popped up in the last 4 months. Jimmy's love bug is less then half a block away and very reputable. I'm happy to check out anything for anyone. Fran i gave you my number, call me and I can check out the RS4 today.

Guys I talked to Fransico on the phone, There is NO DEALERSHIP at that address. The Dealer that is on the corner half a block away has been there for 20+ years and never heard of them. I am more then happy to check out any of these cars for your if Nathan will allow me to. I have tried calling with no response, If anyone wants to set up an appointment for me to check a car out I'd be happy to. I work just up the street on Freedom Blvd. I would say DO NOT SEND MONEY before I check out the car for you guys, I don't think there are any cars.

Nathan called me back, said that he car is down on the lot in provo, at 355 S Freedom Blvd. I told him I'm local and would like to come see it, apparently the call got dropped because that was all I heard. So on lunch I had to go to the post office so I thought i would stop by the dealership, sadly all i could find was the Bakery.

SO for anyone who comes across this site, (it is one of the highest google results for Leist Auto), THERE IS NO DEALERSHIP! IT IS A SCAM, Look else where for cars.

it is the first google result if you search "Leist Auto Provo Utah" so it sort of makes sense, but obviously other people are skeptical, and they are right to be!

I've requested that the BBB conduct an investigation on this company and will check with Utah Department of Commerce as to the validity of this company.

on June 22, Nathan Green is the guy that i deal with, he told me he is the owner too, I saw on cars.com found this 2010 Porsche panamera turbo, then we have agree for $90k and i had drop $20,000 deposit to his company account name under Motorstrading LLC Bank of america account # 9900019934215 Company register address 19689 7th Ave NE#153 Poulsbo WA 98370, he told me that's another dealer ship that he own in WA. today i had called UT police file a report, but when i call today, at his # cell 801-4710372 he told me will refund my $20k deposit by today.

Sorry about your situation. I cannot believe the scammers have even been posing as dealers! I know they are out there in Craigslist, Autotrader, etc. Glad I did not wire him any deposit at all! Hope you get your money back and this Nathan Green (if thats his real name) gets what he deserves
