Thanks for that, I think Touring sounds pretty good. If you go to the magnaflow website you can hear sound clips of the various exhaust.

They have a clip of a B8 A5 2.0T, same engine probably would sound the same on a B8 A4

I used to have a stage 3 volvo S60R with a custom 3" exhuast and a single magnaflow (single in/out) and it made that car sound impressive. The closest sond to the B8 A4 on the Magnaflow site is the Audi TTS.

Do manual cars have the same fart blip during shifts, or is that only S-tronic cars? Such a turn-off, IMO.

Still hoping to see/hear some higher res video of this kit on an A4. Quite enticing at this price.

I dont know where my video links disappeared but here is the verdict on this exhaust.

Its just too loud and the drone is unbearable. I tried reflectix in spare tire area and woofer area. It helped a bit but the drone never went away.
It was cool for couple of days to drive around in a loud and fast looking Audi but I got over it soon. Sold it to a fellow member who had a loud eclipse and he seemed to like it.
You can clearly hear DSG farts too. The audio in the video is not accurate representation of the exhaust..its louder in person !

That does not sound good at all. Do you have any other mods on your A4 besides the exhaust?

Well I had a chance to test the exhaust out for couple days in the city & highway now and here is my 2 cents:
Drone: Yes (minimal), only in low rpm (1500-1800rpm) and when you get on it. At cruising speed its not that noticeable.
Quality: A+
Exterior Sound: A
Interior Sound: B-
Overall: If you like a deep sound then this is for you. I will give this exhaust an overall 4 out of 5 stars

I realize I am bumpin an 9 month old thread but I just recently picked up a 14 A4 manual and have always been happy with magnaflow exhausts. Did those of you who had this and said was too loud have the touring or the sport? I know on the R32's(my last car) the touring sounded great while the sport was way too loud/droned like crazy. Im looking for an exhaust that has a nice tone but is not super loud/noticable all the time.
