Passenger identity confirmed....

Dunn's passenger, 30-year-old Zachary Hartwell of West Chester, Pa., was also killed. Hartwell worked as a production assistant on the movie "Jackass Number Two" and starred in Bam Margera's movie "Minghags."

I've never seen minghags, but I watched Haggard many years back, and Dunn was pretty funny in it.

i looked on imdb, hartwell played a very minor role in minghags, which is the "sequel" to haggard but so many characters/facts changed it was basically its own movie. i'm watching haggard right now, in college we watched it like 60 times the one semester when the dvd came out

I'll have have to check out minghags then, since haggard came out probably ~8-10 years back if I can remember. It seems that Hartwell was probably an extra in Bam & Dunn's films on side him being a production assistant.

Unfortunately, I think you'll either see a Bam hospitalized or Bam is dead headline within the next 8 months. He's not taking this well and I don't think he's ever really going to recover from it.

Battling his own demons, I'm sure it would be very tempting for him to get back into the drug scene after this.
