Hey there fellow AZ's, I just picked up a 04 A6 2.7t, and am going to do a full interior swap. I know how to take everything but the center console and dash out. I tried searching without much luck. If theres one that I missed, please forgive me and post it here, so I can get to work. Thanks!

Actually... This is coming from someone who just did it, once you remove the console and the radio/hvac, ect, the dash comes out with about 10-12 screws.

Theres about 3-4 screws on the end caps of either end (like where the fuses are and the same on the other side) Then theres a few screws under the dash on the drivers side flanking the steering column, then about 6 or so on the passenger side where the airbag is... the it comes right out

took me and my buddy about an hour to get the dash out and a total of 6 hours or so for the entire interior.... wasnt as bad as i thought!
