Trying to make this fit cause I want 120 amp alternator. However, they use two different connections. If anyone can get me pics of their alternator leads it would be great. Maybe I can solder the two pin connector to my wires.

On my 01 it has that 2pin D-shaped connector for the regulator. It only uses 1 wire, though. So I would think you could just splice it up and make it happen.

awesome, that is good to know. If it's not too much trouble can you see if there's a part number for the connector and/or snap some pics of it for me?

I'm just updating this post with some information I came up with while swapping in a newer alternator into an older alternator car.

The old style alternator has 2 terminal posts. One is marked B+ which is the battery connection, and the other post is marked D+ which is for the ignition wire.

The new style alternator has 1 terminal post, and a connector with 2 more terminals inside of it. Again the one terminal is marked B+ for the battery connection. The connection terminals are labeled as L, which is pin 1, and DFM which is pin 2. The new style alternators only use one of those two pins.

So L (pin 1) is the connection you would use instead of D+.
