Help reading Block 115 results - Specified never greater than 5psi

So my 2005 Audi A4 Avant 1.8T has been sluggish, but has not thrown any engine codes. Car appears to be operating normally, but again, very slow/sluggish. The car is *supposed* to be chipped with Revo, but I replaced the battery and the chip never came back on (I have the Revo SPS 1).

I got a hold of a vagcom and logged block 115. Some of the Boost Pressure results are below (psi calculated with Ross-Tech's formula =(mbar-1013.25)/1000*14.50377).

As you can see, the Actual is about right with the Specified (in other words, the motor is getting what it's asking for), so this makes me think there's no leak (I have not yet done the tennis ball pressure test). Any ideas why the Specified is so low?

First, you really need to get a boost gauge placed into your vehicle. It is much easier to diagnose with one. And it looks like you are not boosting past 5psi (except once), which points to you being in limp mode (not fluent on the B6, but I believe you have 11psi stock). Try resetting your ECU and see what happens. You can do this with VAG Com, or remove the negative battery cable and ECU harness from the ECU for a couple min (you may not need to remove the ECU harness), reattach, do a throtle body adaption, and see what you boost. You would also want to find out why you were placed in limp mode, if that's the case (ie bad n75).

Thanks Seerlah. I used the Revo SPS 1 and put the car back to stock and now it boosts up to 9 psi which i believe is normal. Must be something wrong with the Revo tune that I have. Appreciate your feedback.
