Anybody know what the offset is, and where can I find a set for under $800? I'm looking to put them on my Audi allroad 2.7T...because they look so simple, elegant and sporty.

You have impeccably good taste :) One of my favorite wheels ever...beefy, elegant, understated.
45mm offset....good luck finding good ones for under $800.
Haven't dealt with these people, so don't know just how nice their wheels are...reconditioned(?):

Is there a deeper, 35 ET offset, 18" rim too?

No A8 wheels of any year were anywhere near 35mm offset, due to chassis and suspension design. Some various other Audi's (depending on year and model) had anywhere from 29mm (some RS4's) to 30-32mm (some RS6's) and all the way to 52mm offset for some newer S6's.... but not all 18" and none anything like the A8 Fat five design.
Lots of aftermarket 18's that'll fit A8 (not like OEM fat five's) have around 35mm offset...in fact more common than stock 43-45mm...noticeably wider stance and at the limit of what the fender wells can handle.

I have a set with spare (5 rims). 4 tires are almost brand new, and the spare has a flat. I am willing to sell it for $700 for a set of 4 and $875 for a set of 5.
