    TSW wheels any good?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
In the market for new wheels, currently running the stock ones that came with the car. I am looking for black rims with the polished lip, and came across these, pretty much exactly what I want to go with my brilliant black a4. Just wanted to know if anyone out there with TSW's could comment on quality, how they like them, etc. Im looking to get 18's, car is already lowered using H&R springs.

lol oh god here we go again. Thing is, alot of people will hate on them. Ive had them and they've never bent or cracked. People will say theyre soft but they've treated me better than BBS' have in the past. Dont ram curbs and youll be fine. I have some on my Audi now and i had some on my bmw 540i before.

As far as those go, im not really a fan. TSW, yes.

I had a set for 2 years that were gunmetal with a polished lip and couldn't have been happier with them. Over the time I had them they never chipped, bent or cracked. The polished lips stayed as shiny as the day I bought themup until I sold them which many wheels simply do not do. They were fairly inexpensive, at least the set that I had, maybe $1200-1300 for just rims. All in all I was very satisfied with them, price and quality.

You will probably have a bunch of people that have never owned a set say that they are low quality and that they bend and crack. I have seen this happen on these forums quite a bit over the years. A lot of people like to give answers based on what they have heard rather than personal experience.

Amen brotha. Seems like everyone who has actually had experience with them says they're absolutely fine.

Never been a fan of the polished lip for some reason, reminds me of cheapo wheels but to each their own. Looks like the general consensus is tsw isn't a bad choice though.
