Question Pic request: 19x9.5's with 255/35R19 tires (stock sizing)

    Hey,

Long time lurker, joined up when I had my old A4. Ordered an A5 back in October and got it in December and have been enjoying it since! Ibis White, Premium Plus with s-line package, nav, tints, etc.

Right now I'm running the stock s-line wheels as my winter rims and want to use the stock tires I have laying around. I'm debating between staying with the stock 19x8.5" size or going with 19x9.5" wheels, both options keeping the stock tires since they're sitting collecting dust.

Does anyone have any pics of 255/35R19 tires on a 19x9.5" rim? I tried searching but either I suck at it or there's nothing. Your help would be very much appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Chris

I know there's at least 1 guy running that setup in the B8 S4 section ("learning from the B8 A4 wheel setups" thread). I'll be running 255/35/19 on 19x10" whenever my ADV.1 wheels finally arrive.

Thanks for the reply, Blake. I was able to find two good samples from that thread. It seems though tire brand/model makes a difference in the stretch looking at these two examples. I guess it's the same as with my mustang, I have 315/35/17's on the back wheels (17x10.5") which are more than 1-1.5" wider than another manufacturer's 315's.

For future reference in case someone else stumbles upon this thread with the same question, here is what I found:

black bbs ch-r 19x9.5 et 45 no spacers with 255/35/19 on h&r coilovers from this thread: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...s-ch-r-19x9.5-)
