No tire pressure warning/flat tire warning light when I had a flat???

I thought at the very least there's a low tire pressure sign that comes on.

Had a flat, (because of a few nails where they were doing construction on our apt. building, and I park in the driveway right below where they did work) realized it went flat as I was going to a friend's place, because the ride started shaking and steering turned hard to the right every time (once I pulled into his place, like 5 mins away I looked and saw it)

I was just extremely surprised that the car didn't even have any warning light..considering I drove like a good mile with it.

I'm having bad luck I think wtih my new A4 :(

Got it a week and a half ago, and already took it in to get intake flap motor replaced and now this. :( Wtf man..

    1. Are you sure you still have the sensors installed?
    2. If #1 is yes, are you sure the car was not recoded to cancel the function?

Well, they should be installed...no reason why not. I mean, I just bought it a week ago and it was CPO.

Because the previous Owner got rid of them durin the tire change
You think the Stealer is looking at that or the Stealer perform a full scan to make sure all the codes are up to specs, when they sell a used car? You will learn with time
Since you are CPO, bring the car to the shop, deflate a tire completely and show them that the warning does not work = Done

lmao. Yeah..I'm in sales too. should've figured those idiots don't bother with anything.

Meh, I've got to go back to get 2nd key that they ordered..so next week I'll prolly call them and tell them I had a flat, with no warning and get them to fix it. (It's like a 30 mile drive each way =\. 85 more bucks, most likely for something those idiots should've been up to date with in the first f*cking place.)

    Thanks phil!

Edit: Do you think there could be more errors with codes?Or maybe just this one specific one? Just wondering...it's already been 2 things (intake flap motor and now this sensor) lol.

Are the air pressure sensors standard or part of something like the "Convenience" package? (Which I don't have btw)

    2007.

I mean, it's something thats pretty surprising..figured anything above 2005 would have it, especially an a4. The car probably just doesn't have it.,,
