Fault Code - P2440 - Secondary Air Injection Switching valve stuck open - HELP

I just installed test pipes (B8 S4) and expected to get an 02 sensor CEL. Instead i got the CEL, but it was only showing one code - P2440 Secondary Air Injection Switching valve stuck open.

My main concern is since i got that code - my dyno runs are 30-35whp lower than before.

Is it because of the test pipes, or is this unrelated?
