Car throwing P0303 Code, any ideas?

I have a 2002.5 audi a4 1.8t. It started driving like crap 2 days ago. When driving it feels liek you started off in second gear, or if you overshot 3rd gear and went straight to fourth or fifth. Big loss of power, seems to return a bit over 2200 rpms, shakes alot. Took the car to Autozone today, because it was running horrible, so they can hook it up to the reader. It threw P0300 and P0303 codes at me, the print out said:
    Cylinder 3 misfires, propable causes:
    1 Ignition system fault
    2 fuel injector fault
    3 engine mechanical condition
the P0300 code also said something about a vacuum leak. What do you guys think it is? Coil packs going bad? I just did my spark plugs, less then two weeks ago.
I called up a audi dealer near me, and they ran my vin. there are 3 recalls on there, one of them is the ignition coils. I am suppose to go there toomorow at 7 a.m. Hopefully this will be solved.
Listed my troubles in this thread:

Thx in advance, any help is appreciated.

Code P0300 is just a general misfire code not a lean code. Code P0303 indicates a cylinder 3 misfire. Most likely a defective coil pack.

Went to the dealer today, one hour forty-eight minutes later, I left with the car running better then ever, seriously. She runs beautiful. They pulled the coil packs on recall, dint cost me a thing, topped off all the fluid checked tire pressure (one was a bit low,) even topped off my windshield solution (again it dint cost me a penny.) I don't think the car ran this good since i owned it. Even before the loss of power, when i did my emissions test, the car was throwing a code (no CEL thou.) And now its perfect. I mean WOW!!! Perfect ending, thx guys.
