Location of drain lines in B5 A4?

So I am getting a lot of water under my driverside carpets when it rains and I am guessing one of the drain lines is clogged. I've pulled the carpet partially back but being that it is one big piece I cannot get to the transmission tunnel to see if they are on there.

Does anyone know where these are on the B5?

There is one under the brake booster and one under the battery.

Also check the ecu cable hole, and the hood cable hole.

Unless you are talking about the sunroof drains which I believe are under the rear bumper and in the jam of the front doors.

Are there no drain lines in or around the footwells. I know there is one for the A/C Evaporator in A8/S8's but I do not know if A4's have that as well.

Also where do the drain lines you listed drain to from the engine bay?

The drains under the booster and battery are just holes that i think just drain under the car so the rain tray doesn't flood.

The ecu hole and hood release cable hole lead up by the clutch pedal on the fire wall (you will see all the wires coming through). That's where the water is coming from on mine. The floor from the pedals to the back seat is wet :(

I cleaned out the two drains under the brake booster and battery last fall. Don't think it really affected anything as far as my problem goes. Being that the weather has warmed up and we have been getting a lot of rain lately, the carpet in the driverside footwell is soaked again. The sunroof drains are totally dry which makes me think that there is a good seal up there and no significant amount of water is getting in. Did you ever find a way to plug the ecu and hood release holes?

I think this may be where my leak is too.
