    Quick question: Which Antenna adapter?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I got a bunch of results in the search, but ...wasn't able to get an answer out it:
I'm installing my Avic 700BT in my 2003' A4/ B6 with Symphony II ** (by the sticker on the side) has 2 antenna connections?
For conversion to the classic Motorola antenna male end I think that One appears to use this amplified adapter:

    The other take this adapter:

Which...do ...I use? I have everything else covered.

Your car has 2 antennas but noone make an antenna adapter that uses both. You need something like the Metra 40-vw53

Thakns Christian-- I did get that one originally, then for a few bucks bought the other one also (diversity?) and an 'antenna Y' adapter. Hooked em' both up, but powered that one. Works fine.
