    19X8.5 ET32 with 255/35/19 tires on B8

I am looking at ET32 on a 19X8.5 wheel for my B8 Avant. The suspension is Non-Sport stock, but will be looking at either lowering springs or KW1. Will the offset work with 255/25/19 tires?

I am not very familiar with Audi's, and would hate to have rubbing issues. What is the recommended offset for B8(if there is such a thing). I searched, but could not get a definite answer. Also, is there an online calculator specific to B8s that can be used?

    Thanks for your help.

I suggest going with KW1's and skip the springs. As for the wheel a 255/25/19 is not needed, 225/35/19 or 235/35/19 will be fine. But a 19x9.5 et32 will still fit fine, doesnt need to be 8.5. If you do choose to do 9.5 then i recommend a 235/35/19.

I run 245/35/19s on 19x8.5 et32 wheels lowered on H&R OE Sport springs and have never rubbed. 255s will rub on occasion.

All the 19" we guarantee are ET43 or higher and use 255/35R19 (XL) for reference. The rear axle is rated to carry 2,535 lbs so the 245/35R19 XL(carrying 1,433 lbs each) is safe as well.

245x35-19 will work better than the 255s on et32. and you have room then to push the rears out 5mm with a spacer set.

    I'm running the exact spec......19x8.5 ET 32 w/ 255/35/19 PS2......I'm on Sline/Sport suspension (20mm lower than non-sport) and I have zero rubbing.

Thanks all for the replies. That gives me confidence to pull the trigger on the wheels.

BTW....tire brand matters.....if you run a more square profile tire you'll have more issues than a rounded edge tire. I'm running Michelin PS2's that I would consider a rounder edge profile. If you want to see pics of how ET32 w/ 255's look from the sides etc. let me know.

Sorry just checked back here and noticed your reply. The weather is kind of crappy today (and probably tomorrow)....when it clears up I'll take some pics and post something early next week.

Hi People ! I from Italy (from blocked law of whell and tyre) am looking the same whell of ItsDubC...very beatiful for me...
Daily i run with 8j x 18" 245/40 factory whell with 5 star design and the internal comfort is perfect (don't know the actual ET) !
    My dubt is this question:
The ET32 offset damage the car (after time) and the comfort...or is similar of daily 8x18 ?
How many mm out over ?
And the aesthetic impact ?...better than my 8,5x19 ET47(43) ?
Thank you for you international feedback...
In my country the whell mounting is an superball !!!
    Thank for all answers !
