Suzuka Grey

I called the local dealers asking if they might have a Suzuka anything on the lot so I could see it in person...no luck. In fact, I was assured by a salesman, "I've been with Audi for 25 years and I can tell you there is no such color."

Anyone know where I can see Suzuka Grey in person (in Socal)? Can anyone post high res closeups?

I've read people trying to describe it. The consensus seems to be its putty white at night, silver in the sun, with a pearl on angles.

How does Suzuka compare to, say, the pearl white from Lexus? Would you say its a 'feminine' color?

It looks like persl white from some angles, but it looks like a dark white in other angles. these are all suzuka grey:



Next to Ibis White, it looks pretty gray to me:

I would really recommend trying to see it in person before you make the jump. I personally don't really like it....I thought I'd love it before I saw it in real life however once I did, I wasn't a fan. The problem is that it's not white but it's not grey...it's a weird in-between color that some love or dislike.
In all honesty, I saw it on an overcast day and in the same lighting conditions, I'm not a huge fan of my daytona grey as well. Just try to see it in person before you make the decision. Audi metallic and pearl colors shift dramatically depending on the light.

I'm still leaning heavy towards Daytona (as you know EN), but would still like to see Suzuka. I'm not ordering anything until I see it in person.

FWIW, I'd probably add the black optic pack (or at least the grill) as well.

Don't get me wrong, the color is nice but it's not one that I would choose. But then again I wouldn't buy a white car so take my advice for what it's worth. Some of my friends who saw the suzuka grey S4 thought it was amazing...but they love "white" cars in general.

Make a trip to Vegas, Currently on the lot there is a Suzuka S6 and an S5......

Personally i think it looks better in pictures; in person it tends to have a shade of purple which kills it for me as it seems feminine.

DO NOT order until you see it in person, thats my recommendation.

I'm not too crazy about this colour either. I like it when it's a little off-white, but the rest of the time, meh.

Daytona, on the other hand. Gorgeous.

As if I needed an excuse for a Vegas trip...but this is a good excuse for a Vegas trip!

I'm looking for colors that accentuate the creases and curves, and I like the metallics/pearls. I'd like to see it in person, but think a purple hue would kill it for me too (too feminine). Maybe I'll run into Tina randomly in SD.

Daytona w/black optic is still the front runner in my head.

I am picking up my Suzuka Gray S5 tomorrow. The color looks amazing in person!! I was skeptical too having only seen pics online, but once I saw the car today I knew I made the right choice.

I love my suzuka. in pix i didnt think much of it, but in person it looks amazing. i will never buy an audi in any other color ever again.
