Anyone know where you can get one...they're all over the place for a B5 A4, but I can't find anything for a B6 A4.

    Thanks.

There was no B6 RS4......probably why you're having such a hard time finding a grill

^ I believe hes looking for a USP grill with the RS4 style mesh in it instead of the horizontal slats.

i think mattman made a similar grill

edit: something like this right? cant remember whos car it is

    ^^That's mine.

Upper hood grille is from Uberhaus found at LLTek.com

Lower grille is custom using the same mesh from Uberhaus.

As mentioned, your best bet is to make it yourself out of the OEM B6 grille.

While LLtek does carry the RS4 style mesh, you can likely source it less expensive from ECS or even try the honeycomb style. TM Tuning has that.

Also, there's always the Expanded Metal Mesh from Home Depot. Many have used it and if done correctly, it looks quite well. Search for the Matt Devo USP Lower Install to see. He used it for his lowers. The benefit to using metal is that it can be slightly bowed to match the curvature of the original grille.

    Thanks.

That ebay grill is crap .. I both one and the mesh that they use is so soft I refuse to put on my car and the emblem is looks like garbage
I had to go to metal supermarket and buy some expanded mesh to replace it .. The dealer should be paying me

Grill looks good but are you going to paint the fog light brackets/frame black? It kind of looks awkward with the silver popping out in the back.

    x2

First thing I noticed in the pic above was the silver fog surroundings. You should paint them black so they're not an eye-catcher like now.

I found a site that carries the ABS plastic mesh like whats used on the A6 shown in the picture on the attached URL. Planned on doing upper and lower grilles on my 05 USP when I had time.
