My 1986 Audi 5000s

Hi everybody this is my 1986 Audi 5000s This car was basically given to me by my mom and dad after my mom got a new car. i went after i wrecked my first car a 1986 Plymouth reliant k wagon and bought a 1992 Chevy lumina which died from over heating (long story on how i wasted $600 on a pos). my mom had this car since 1999 she was driving it in the winter over the last few years but after the heater core went and the ignition switch at the back of the tumbler assembly went she parked it and got a 09 KIA spectra. well after my turd of a chevy died i was looking for a new used car my parents didn't want me to get another junk so they told me pay for all the parts and to get plates and its mine. well at that point she sat for almost a year now on top of the known issues the break lines and master cylinder went bad so after about $300 in parts and alot of frustration i have a decent car that's fun to drive. it has some rust from sitting and clear coat issues but i love this car the way it handles is amazing i even named her Alison (i name cars i like im odd like that ). here's a picture tell me what you think i know its not the nicest but i'm only 18 and i'm the only one of my friends with an Audi (makes me feel special in a way).

I see you are from Illinois. That's where my cars history starts from....rust, rust, rust and clear coat....hate it! I don't even know how you people over there put up with that weather by having nice cars, turn shit in 4-5 years. Your car looks nice on the pic, almost don't see those running any more. Take a good care of it and it will last:)

Yep rust rust rust i have seen some very rusty cars out here and my lumina was a big rust bucket. i myself want to get out of here the rust is one of my reasons that and i hate driving in the snow and ice. yep i haven't really seen many others like mine out here my grandfather has a identical 1986 and recently ive been seeing a silver one with Indiana tags on it (i beep and wave when i see it =p) ive been taking great care of it i yell at my friends when they try to leave trash in it .

fuck off....dude I love my car really much but sometimes I regret that I bought it cuz I learned my lesson to never buy cars from mid west ever again. I spend more cash on fixing it than upgrading but that's life I guess. Maybe you are lucky who knows. This one lady she brought her 2000 Audi A6 here to Cali and OMFG, I though my car bad from the bottom but herrrrrrrrrrsss!!!! the bottom lines are in a really bad shape, she has ABS, BRAKE lights blinking on her dash and her Temperature gauge goes back and forth like a its bouncing or some shit. Only 117K...that's 24K less than mine and already in such bad shape. Doesn't have the money to fix it right now so its just "as long as it still runs"

Props for that man! Trust me, I do the same! And even with smoking, no smoke allowed in my car. Probably the cleanest on the inside C4 100 in the whole Bay Area here.hehe
