How can I get ETKA on my home computer or is it only for dealer use?

I have tried to order from them 5 or 6 times and only had one order go through. Normally it's oh that part is back ordered go through your local dealer. Which is to bad because their prices are great but they wont order anything that can't be had in a day.

There is a thread on this topic in a different category: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...waudiparts.com.

The prices look right, but the service is apparently lacking...

Just an FYI... GenuineAudiParts is simply the wholesale parts dept of a real B&M Audi dealership (Miramar Audi I believe). They are not the only Audi dealership that does this.

But they do have some of the best pricing I have ever seen. And yeah I think it is Miramar, pretty sure thats what it said on the invoice with my only successful order.

They are the cheapest I've seen as well but my point is that if you can find a local dealer that sells parts at similar prices, you can actual get parts cheaper cuz you won't have to pay for shipping. This is especially true for large parts.

Do you have a line on any other dealers that provide decent on-line pricing? My locals tell me they simply won't match those prices.

I know I'm a bit late to this thread but....while we can't match GAP's prices (they have no overhead, and no one will answer the phone when you call either), our prices are lower than some of the other companies, and we're pretty prompt in responding to PM's/emails (often late at night). We also have people who answer the phone, and we support Audizine as well (which GAP does not). In addition, we're a Stasis SpeedCorps Distributer, and are partnered with Hawk, Motul, Motive, Koni, and many other respected companies. So if you guys need anything, I would appreciate the opportunity to help you out. We're still building out B8 product database, so if you need something that isn't on the website, or have suggestions for things you would like to see us carry, please let me know!

I can personally attest to EuropaParts being available via phone. I called them last year for a price check on the stone guards (I think I spoke to Danil) even tho they barely had any B8 parts listed on their website, and they were very helpful. I strongly believe they supplied Santa w/ the stone guard I got for Xmas

    Hi,

the day before Christmas my 2009 Audi A4 stalled on me while turning on the highway. Pressing on the gas, the car would not move while it in was D. I quickly put the car in S still no movement. So I put the car in park, turned it off and turned back on, and the car drove just fine after. Fast forward to Friday Dec 30th, I'm moving the Car to grab a parking spot as I'm reversing the car stalls pressing on the gas getting no response I put the car into drive pressed down on the gas twice no response my third attempt the car jerks starts moving so put it back in reverse warning light pops up with" (R) ! Symbol gearbox malfunction " still no check engine light is on. I Turn the car off and on it's working fine. Called my mechanic told him about the problem he said it sounds like it's the transmission. So I take the car to shop the next day and the car is driving fine.

He calls me back on Monday and says it's the "neutral safety switch" but the part number he gave me "06h906207" is not the part needed he said
He says it's neutral safety switch right under the shifter.

Can anyone help me find this part number for " Audi A4 B8 2009 neutral safety switch right under the shifter ?

the part you list looks like it is for the 6-speed manual gearbox, #28A
    http://www.realoem.me/Audi/USA/A4Q/2...R/3/301/301030

Sounds like you have an automatic.
In that case I'm not sure what the equivalent part is, if any.
most of the parts are integral to the transmission on the automatic.

I think this is the relevant part diagram for the automatic controls:
