The owner purchased a set of HRE's from an online vendor, and was complaining of a very bad high speed vibration in the vehicle at high speed. The RSW Service Team was quickly able to determine the 21" P101's were not balanced properly. Nothing our state of the art Hunter Road Force Touch couldn't resolve. For those demanding more torque, The APR Supercharger Pulley Upgrade is the answer. Spinning the supercharger faster increases air flow and effectively doubles the low-end gains of Stage I. The gain in torque is felt immediately, but the results are present from beginning to end adding up to 80ft-lbs and 108 horsepower at all four wheels!

APR Stage 3 GTX Audi TT-S is receiving an Integrated Engineering Newly Released 2.0T FSI Intake Manifold upgrade this morning!

The Integrated Engineering 2.0T FSI/TSI/TFSI intake manifold was carefully designed to provide an effective power increase across the entire rpm range with no loss in low-end power or spool time, with the ability to be used on any turbo setup, including the stock turbo. We have incorporated several motorsport features into this intake manifold, making it outperform the factory unit, as well as other aftermarket manifolds available.

A set of JHMotorsports Inc. newly designed headers have arrived for an Audi B7 S4 Avant project we will begin wrenching on later this week.







The RSW Service Team truly loves KW suspensions, and particularly Variant 3 (V3) coilovers. In the past day we have installed three sets of them. Why do we love them?

With the KW coilovers Variant 3 "inox-line" you will get much more than just a sporty lowering and excellent driving behaviour on all roads. It is based on KW's long experience as a suspension manufacturer and supplier for international motor sport, such as the touring car series ADAC GT Masters, FIA GT1, FIA GT3, International GT Open, WTC, VLN and the legendary ADAC Zurich 24h-race Nürburgring.

Similar to their racing coilovers from the KW Competition program, the KW coilovers Variant 3 "inox-line" can be adjusted independently in compression and rebound damping. This individual adjustment possibility is much appreciated by sports car manufacturers, tuners and drivers worldwide.

The air-cooled Porsche 911 is receiving a brake system service this morning to the existing Brembo system. Once complete the 964 will be getting an alignment and lube, oil, filter service.

Supercharged Range Rover in the shop this morning to resolve a nasty knock in the front end of the suspension!



Audi B8 S4 3.0T going APR, LLC. Stage 2 this morning. One of the best upgrades for the Supercharged V6 is the pulley upgrade!

Spinning the supercharger faster increases air flow and effectively doubles the low-end gains of Stage I. The gain in torque is felt immediately, but the results are present from beginning to end adding up to 80ft-lbs and 108 horsepower at all four wheels!

Progress on the C5 Biturbo RS6 is coming along nicely. Its truly impressive to see how the Audi Engineers were able to pack some much in-between the chassis front frame rails!

This afternoon a very good customer of ours brought in his newly purchased Porsche 997.2 Turbo. Our Service Team gave the 911 a thorough inspection, lube oil filter service, and ditched the factory stock exhaust system's tips in favor for Fabspeed Motorsport Quad tip setup.

The Audi RS7 is a true wolf in sheep's clothing. The APR Stage I ECU Upgrade provides higher peak numbers of 667 HP & 626TQ and up to 691HP & 684TQ on race fuel. As much as +127 HP and +185 FT-LBS of torque are available through the power band!

It received a complete set of fully adjustable coilovers as well as sway bars front and rear. Next up we are getting some miles on the system, then its time for final ride height adjustment, alignment, and corner balancing!

BMW 335d in the LAB this afternoon for Electrical System Diagnosis. Our Team identified an issue with the passenger side headlight, unfortunately the control module for the Adaptive Lighting is no longer operational. After extensively checking the wiring to the module, the controller was replaced, re-programmed, and re-coded!

Mercedes Benz SL 500 in the shop for diagnostics on the ABC Suspension System. As the ABC System's age our Team has found they become quite problematic when proper service & maintenance is not performed.



N54 BMW X3 is getting rather extensive oil leak repairs completed. Upon arrival the entire engine was covered in engine oil. Our Team located (3) distinct leaks: Valve Cover Assembly, Oil Filter Housing Seal, as well as the engines oil pan.
