Does Power Steering fluid go bad?

I have a $25 bottle of PS fluid that's been sitting around for a couple of years. I only used a tiny bit of it a long time ago.

Does it go bad or do I need to get a new $25 bottle? Trying to pinch pennies here since I blew my wad going stage 3.

I don't think so, but I'll let someone who knows confirm. It doesn't really make sense that it would as long as there is nothing else like dirt or water in it I would think you can use it.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Wait...you're not being sarcastic, right? Yeah it's been in the container and sealed.

All fluids have a shelf life, google the MSDS and it will tell you if its still OK to use.

me personally i would get a new bottle, audi steering seems a bit accident prone and i wouldn't want to risk anything going wrong over $25
