TB / WP Cycle.

So from reading over the past month it seems that people feel that the TB and Wp needs to be done (along with the other bits in there) every 60-80k miles?

Is Audi's official stance still 105k miles? I would like a little more negotiation power in looking at S6's with less than 100k miles on them and the owners quote the service manual.

Does anyone have an Audi document that states the "new" interval?
Does the original service manual state a time frame or 105k miles? if so what is that?

which motor are you asking about? i'm guessing the 4.2? if so, 60-80k miles seems to be the norm for changing the belt on that motor... i'm changing mine tomorrow and my car is at 140kms which is about 75k miles... i wouldnt want to go to 100k because if the belt breaks, you're gonna be in for a lot of $$$$.... if you're asking about the 2.7t, the timing belt is changed around the 60k miles range

I'm looking for more or less something from audi. Did they redact the original Maint. Schedule and send an addendum out?
