New look for my Santorin. Opinions needed.

This is how the car stands in the warm season...



and the plan is to go with black Superlegerras 17" and tinted glass



I have shown this to a few people and am getting mixed responses. The wheels can be painted obviously if needed but I seem to like the look very much.

I like the S4 front and sides more than the wheels and tint personally... I think the wheels you have now are more classy and OEM+ and the SL's are more for a showy/racey theme. I don't think your car in its current state can pull off that theme...

I dunno about the black wheels on your car? For some reason I think a bronze color would look good on santorin. I like the tint and rim style for sure though.

I agree, bronze or the casual silver looks best on santorin imo. But Superlegerras are definitely a huge . Wish I could find me a decent priced 18" set...I say go for the look, maybe the black wheels will look really great!

agreed. the s4 sides etc really clean up the b5's. i hate my plastic trim.

The S4 sides and front bumper are also coming this season! So I will go with the rims since it works for me and most of people that responded. Thanks!

If you're going to run black wheels, you need a severe drop.

I think leaving it the way it is and adding a subtle 35% tint will do it justice. I like it the way it is. Ever consider interior mods, such as race pedals, JHM short shifter (more of a drivetrain mod, but eh), wrapping the trim in whatever design you choose, changing your stereo system a bit (if you are into music), etc. I would say to keep the car the way it is, tint the windows, then work on interior cosmetics, drivetrain and suspension mods (if not complete).

OEM+ all the way. S4 front and sides and some moderate tint. I'm not a fan of the black wheels, I like the nice silver wheels you have on there now, very classy. Although Santorin cars can pull off bronze wheels pretty well sometimes. In the end it's whatever you like, though.

Here is a black and bronze for comparison. I'm feeling the bronze color too I guess. I am picking up the wheels tomorrow. I want something that weights 40 lbs on each corner compared to the 54 lb wheels w/ tires I have now. In winter I run stock celebration wheels.

20% tint and gloss black wheels with a blue time attack would look very nice. Especially on Superleggeras. I say go for it.

definitely good choice on the tint, but I was never a big fan of black wheels on Santorin cars. I like the way the silver (or any lighter color for that matter) contrasts with the dark blue paint.

I personally have always loved the RS4/USP wheels on our B5's. Your current wheels are 18" right? If I was going for looks, I'd stick with the RS4. If you're going for performance go for the Superleggeras, they're extremely light.

I've always wanted Legerra wheels and came up on this deal. I've met an Audizine member locally that has about 7 S4s and bumped up his new business so I got these wheels with nice tires as a trade. These weight 37lbs each with a tire compared to 54lbs those 18s weigh.

I love the look of the same color stripe around those black wheels.. i think that looks hot so +1 for that look!

So I finally finished updating the car for the summer. It took a while to get the wheels in good shape and to get the color matched stripe made. Tint is 20%. I am VERY satisfied with the new look!

that setup is BEAUTIFUL! I love the 17" superlegerras.
