    Exclamation need to change ignition coil and fuel injector harnesses

    so my car wouldnt start, i took it to the shop, at first we thought fuel pump and found it was good, then cam position sensor and it was good, then looked at my harnesses for my ignition coils and they plastic around the wire was burned exposing the wire causing it to malfunction..........




    where can i get the harnesses for my fuel injectors and spark plugs? and anyone know about the diy

    I just did this replacement with the 034 wiring harness.. If you have questions, let me know. One thing i should warn you about is that the crimp on connectors are a bitch because they are too large for the ECU trigger wires but too small for the common powers, the common grounds, and the valve cover grounds.

    I found this set at my local auto parts shop
    It's karlyn/STI cost 32 bucks plus tax....
    These are super cheap, would they be not good enough?

    I'll second that. It sounds easy enough, but because the wires are not all the same gauge its a little difficult. I'm actually thinking about going back in and soldering new pins onto the wires from the ECU. Otherwise this is a good solution. They did a nice job with the harness...although I wish the connector they used wasn't bright ass green! I'm hoping they make up a injector harness too, as that's starting to fall apart now.

    ya i just noticed my injector harness is falling to pieces as well when i installed my TT225 injectors. as simple as it was to make my own harness i wouldnt mind just purchasing a standalone and throwing that in instead of going through each piece and connector one by one.
