    Um what?

    There are

    2 inner tie rods
    2 outer tie rods
2 upper control arms front position
2 upper control arms rear position
2 lower control arms front position
2 lower control arms rear position
    2 sway bar links

These are both sides added together for just the front suspension

^ He's right, there are 6... 2x front outer, 2x front inner, 2x rear toe control link

Edit: If you consider any adjustable rod with a ball-joint on it a tie-rod...

That's a tie rod END. You have 4 tie rod assemblies on your car, 1 at each corner. The front assemblies are serviceable with replaceable outer and inner ends, the rears are a one piece design.

Tad bit off topic but is there a way to change the alignment of the rear wheels?

Yes, there are eccentric bolts used in the rear to set camber and toe.

You go to order 4 front tie rods from any competent vendor and they will either ask you to specify if you mean the tie rod ends and if so which ones or correct you as there are only two tie rods at the front of the car. A not so credible vendor would happily sell you 4 front tie rod assemblies.
