Anyone know the paint code for the B8 A4 paint Brilliant Black?

A search turned up no results.

For anyone interested in knowing the paint code for their vehicle, it's located in the trunk.

This is important because....just because you have "brilliant black", for example, there may be variations to the color.

I went through this with Ducati and Lotus as well when I was getting parts painted.

You should see a sticker like below - and it can be found in your service book and/or in your trunk where the spare wheel is located.

Apparently your Non S-Line front bumper grilles have chrome fog light rings, correct?

Some of us would die to get our hands on those grilles since we have to ghetto rig ours with S5 fog light rings with glue.

I'd like to get my hands on the A4L (China 'Long' model) fog grilles (P/N 8KD 807 681 and 8KD 807 682 per ETKA A4L) because they are mesh grille per ETKA picture. Found the ETKA A4L info in ItsDubC's photo Gallery - thanks Dub.
I'll email OEMplus to see if they can get them and price.

So the "2K2" spec is non-sline bumper? -- my options list has a 2K2 among the other 50 things and I'm non-sline. The A4L part indicates 2K2+8WA ??

The US spec seems to have grille options for the 2K2 ; 2K8 ; 2K8+4ZB,4ZE ; 2K8+4ZM ; 2K4

So i am seeing that if OEMPLus can source these parts, they already have 3 sets sold....

To clarify, I uploaded that ETKA pic purely for ppl to see what I saw. I'm not really interested in the mod so I left the interpretation up to whoever might find it useful. I'd have to check ETKA again to look at the PR codes.

Thanks for the help guys... I'll have to look in the spare well again; I didn't see anything when I looked earlier. My owner's manual is in Chinese, however this label should still contain all the normal coding. I'll check it again tomorrow.

You should also be able to find the sticker in your service book (a thin book whit the same size as the Owner's Manual) - on the first page.

About retail price (or cheaper of course) plus international shipping at whatever that cost that would be.

These would be a nice bonus to have, but I am not looking to spend much more than I would if I could get them here in the states.

Re A4L fog trim grilles non-S Line:
I'm all in to buy. Fair price - $75-$100 US each side plus shipping? Just a guess. Plastic, but Audi/German plastic.
Can you confirm that they are the hex/diamond grille per the ETKA picture?

Okay- either I got a bum car and manual or the Chinese A4L doesn't have this sticker anywhere.

I looked in the manual and accompanying literature...nothing. Checked everywhere in the trunk, including the spare tire well...nothing. Door jambs...nothing. Where else might this label be located? An easier route: does anyone know the paint code? The only available colors in China to my knowledge are white, silver, green (mine) and black.

I can try to look you A4 up if you send me your VIN on a PM - or just here.

In ETKA all car data can be found whit a VIN.

I don't know if I can do it with an A4L - but it could be worth a try.
