I had a wreck and Audi care/roadside said they would need to tow it to a certified body shop. That was one of the 3 in my area. Its currently there awaiting insurance adjuster and repair.

Ive had some minor work done there on my truck afew years back, they did a decent job. Is Midland Park Auto Body a shop you can go to? Its right up the road and I've always been happy with the work done there, my family has been using them for 15+ years.

a Friend of mine, Misha, works at a body shop up in Ridgewood. Not sure of the name of his shop.

He has a flat Blue Mark 4 Golf on Bags....

So far they've been very easy to deal with on the phone. I'll let you know how the quality of work turns out.

I would call Audi first. There is a shop in Ramsey...Exclusive Collision. I would go there. If you ever been to Village AB and seen what the place looks like and how disorganized everything is. The office is a mess and the parking lot....we'll do a drive by and you will see what I mean. I would also check into there certification....

I agree....All Village AB gets is the road side asst. cars get towed there then the owner gives people a line of BS to leave there car to get fixed...

    Do not go to this place, What a Joke ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Very unprofessional, The place looks like a back yard body shop, The owners name is Frank he walks around the place looking like he just rolled out of bed and is just plain rude, I even spoke with the so called Manager Nick and quietly he took me aside and told me that Village Autobody had Paid to get the certification and did not even have the correct equipment to really work on my car. I can’t believe that Audi would even recognize this place as a Certified repair center knowing where they were sending their customers. The most disorganized and unrepeatable and dirty repair center in Bergen county. For your sake and for your car, find a more reputable place

You say go to Exclusive Collision to get your audi fixed. How did u even find them, I went on their website and it showed a big dealership type building and when i got there it was nothing like the picture. Office personal was rude and treated me like my car was an old POS.( It's a 2004 S4 really) The whole opperation was deceiving. I brought my car to Village Auto and have had no problems with my repairs. They gave me a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor.

After I was in a major motor vehicle accident Audi of America referred me to Village Auto Body. My car looks like brand new after the repair. The office personnel were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. What amazed me the most was that my car was repaired at lightening speed. The insurance check had not even arrived yet and my vehicle was repaired!!

Absolutely do not take your audi to these hackers. The only reason I went there is because Exclusive Auto Body has several law suits open against them. Village Auto Body is the only other "audi certified" body shop in bergen county nj. The did a terrible job just fixing my bumper cover and a tiny dent on the fender. They are sloppy, messy, the place is a disaster, they are basically a tow facility that somehow duped audi. To top it all off, when they "fixed" my car they scratched the windshield and scraped the leather on the steering wheel and scratched back cargo cover and then said they didn't do it. Take your car anywhere but here.

Just throwing it out there, but my best friend owns The Body Works in Midland Park. On my S5, I've had both my hood fixed when a branch fell on it as well as my windshield replaced a week after buying the car due to a crack that spidered from highway debris. They've also done all the work on my mustang and my dad's 300C and completely restored our friend's '67 LeMans from rust bucket to show quality.
