    windows 7 + adobe cs4

    any1 here has cs4 installed on windows 7? I upgraded to win7 and the setup file wont even launch. googled and tried everything....guess i can give it a shot here too.

    I am on Win 7 and its runs CS4 Master fine. Did you do a clean install of Win 7 or upgraded? That may have messed things up...

    Win 7 Ultimate + CS4 (clean install) no problems. I also am lovin Windows7.

    i did a fresh format on 7, master wont start installin.....maybe i should burn it instead of mounting?

    hmmm. what are u mounting it with? MagicISO? also, try running it as administrator.

    i tried daemon/magiciso/poweriso, tried runnin as admin, tried admin command prompt and then started everything in services still no go.

    you sure it's not an expired beta CS4 version? I once had that problem only to realize the installer had a time-bomb

    it maybe hard but try right clicking on the setup.exe and see if it says anywhere there. also, trying burning a physical disc.

    Try mounting the image, then copy everything to your hard drive and run from there. I had issues with trying to install from a mounted image with Vista. Once I copied the whole directory structure onto hard drive, it ran fine.

    haha thanks for all your help guys, in the end i got another iso (actually the same one again) and it worked...i guess something went corrupt with the old file >.<
