Needed: A good shop in the Naperville, IL area...

I refuse to go back to Continental Audi to have my car serviced again, and I am wondering if there are any of you that have had good experiences with a private shop in the area?
As a dealership I can't beleive that Continental runs the way it does. We have received poor service on several occasions and they haven't shown signs of improvement. It's just (poor) business as usual.
I would like to find a shop that has the ability to perform all of the services that would be available from a dealership. If you guys can list any of your favorites in the area, I'd appreciate it.
    Thanks,
    Mike

Hit up Mobile One Inc. in Glenview. We do everything a dealership would do, plus more. 847 724 7097

^ The last 3 places are no where near Naperville.

GRD being the closer of the 3.

Continental used to have good service but it looks like it has been taking
a turn for the worse in sales and service.

    Mike,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I find that once you find a dealer that you like develop a relationship or get to know staff and technicians.. I drive over 150 miles to take my car to Continental.. I only let Jack touch my car, and I schedule accordingly.

If you have concerns I would address it with GM of dealership and give them opportunity to make things right.

I have had not problems at Conti...i bought my car there...sales I wasn't happy with but that was my first buy and my friend was a moron at haggling (he used to be a used car salesman...lol). Services wise I bring my car there for CPO and they have been real good with everything I needed fixed...very patient. I haven't been since Jan so idk how the situation is now but I drive from Mt. Prospect...hellaofa drive but no 150miles...lol.
