Of course you can, as long as it's done correctly. 8.5" ET45 is way too high and will look silly, IMO. You might be better off with 15mm spacers, but don't go with a wide tire or you might rub the fenders.

you'd need to roll fender but that could fit, it would depend on the tire though.

9.5" ET40 with 245 wide tires are about the max I'd recommend.

I would be safe and go with hubcentric spacers, if the machine shop drills the hole off center or the wrong size, you can be stuck with vibration issues.

Seems it would need to go the other way...I have a set of RS4 Reps from a B5 S4...could they be fitted to a B8 S4?

    +1 for the suggestion.

But if dont plan on lowering, 255 with ET40 on a 9.5 with 5mm spacers in the rear should be fine (My current setup). You can technically push it to ET33 (Never tried this setup).

You can either use hubcentric spacers as stated above or get them bored out to 66.6. In short, yes you can.

I would go with the spacers. It's the safe bet. Boring will cost you almost as much money to do it right, and you still have to pray that the machinist doesn't use one of his 4 chances to drill one off by a RCH. No room for error, its not like being out of balance. The vibration would drive you nuts!

Can someone help me with a link to where I can get the right spacers? I've been searching all over and I'd like to buy some B7 RS4 rims for my B8. I don't want to bore out the rims to get them to fit.
Also, would the spacers screw up the offset. I've got the stock 17's on the car right now. I'm thinking of running 235/35/19 tires.

ECS Tuning has some, from what I have seen, most people use H&R spacers (also at ECS). Blackforest Industries has some too. Hope it helps

I just got off the phone with a wheel vendor and he told me that the hub specs on the 2009 and 2010 are 57.1. Is that correct?

I found a few spacers that go the other way. i.e. 66.6 wheel to 57.1; I have yet to see it the other way...

There seams to be some confusing information in here... If you have a 57.1 center bore wheel you cannot use spacers to fit it to a 66.6 hub. Reason being is 66.6 is bigger than 57.1 so obviously you need to have the wheel bore enlarged.

If you have a 66.6 center bore wheel you can use centric rings to shim the center bore down to your desired size in this case 57.1.

    All B8 models have a 66.6 hubs B7 B6 B5 all use 57.1
