Really? It's a bit of a vague question, but I think no.
In bmw's the xi moves the center of weight to the front compared to an i: a driveshaft to the front and an axle and diff are added to the front. The magic 50/50 becomes 57/43 or something, but that's not really the xi's main issue (soft and low travel suspension and turn-in delay are).
Compared to a front drive audi, though, quattro adds a driveshaft all the way to the back, and a rear diff and rear axle. I'd expect it'd move the center of weight rearwards. Possibly the torsen unit itself is up front, if that's what you meant sakimano, and that might offset this a bit but I don't think it's more front-biased than FWD audis.
