b6 a4 suspension on a b5.5 passat??

My girlfriend has a 2003 b5.5 passat and it sits really high! Could a b6 a4 sport suspension fit on her car? I read that they were the same. Thanks

maybe they fit, but they aren't the same. All B6 are independent rear, B5 is beam rear axle. and the passat is a hodge podge or B5 A4 and C5 A6 parts... and the B5.5 was nothing more than a facelift and intorduction of the W8 model (just more A6 parts).

Let me rephrase that, it isn't the same suspension, but they use the same shocks and springs (the mounting points and the components are the same, but it's not the same suspension).
