25th Quattro Audi Rings Vinyl??

Right,
I have a Euro Spec A4 DTM and am looking to get the Audi rings vinyl/sticker that the US spec S4 25th Anni. got on the front doors.

Picture from AKA to show what I'm on about...



Does anybody know if this is something I can get from Audi, and if so part number?
Or where I can get anywhere else?

There are no vinyl shops in the area that I've found and haven't had much luck looking online either.

I like the way these throwback to the old quattro's of the day.

And where they need to go on.

I'd get a nice picture of the rings and then take it to a vinyl shop. They'll probably be able to make you a set for far less than you'd pay from the dealer.

After a quick scan I do not see a listed part number, however I can dig deeper. There are still the old urQ silver door decals, black has been discontinued.



That style, though unfortunately silver wouldn't likely work all too well with the silver car posted:(

The rings decal on the 25quattro fade from black to silver. This is the best pic I could find unfortunately. I am asking because my car is in the shop and they can't seem to find the part # for this decal which needs replaced.

Big issue there is that you are going to run the very likely risk of being sued by VWGoA. Their team of trademark lawyers are vicious and VWGoA uses an IP protecting agency which scours the internet for infringement, though they tend to take a few years to come after folks so you may feel as if you are doing just fine. I have talked to companies who have lost upwards of $100k due to simple infringement issues, even someone who lost $5k in a settled agreement because they resold, not produced, several seatbelt covers with the Audi rings on them. Not a good idea for anyone to do.

Wow... what has this world come to. People getting fat from eating fast food and then suing or when you order coffee and its too "hot" so you sue. I am just trying to help some people and spread the audi name, but that wouldn't hold up in court haha.

installed by dealer at owners request for new car delivery.

the previous owner of my car did not have them installed. he gave them back to the dealer and the dealer sent them to me after I bought the car.

Go to the parts counter at your local dealership, and tell them that you want those decals. They'll get them for you.

Yes, they were included in every car, but it was up to the dealer to install them if the customer wanted them.

Your dealer parts department should be able to help you. You may have better luck if you take the VIN from your dad's car in to the parts department and they can look up the parts using that. I had to use a 25th ann S4 VIN to get the correct DTM rear bumper when I did the DTM conversion on my B7 A4.

Nah, you gotta see it in real life! When i first saw the pics I wasn't a fan, but in real life it kind of visually leans out the side profile... don't know if that made sense..

Checked with two dealerships and no luck. No one was able to turn up a part number of procedure for getting the decals. Possibly your local dealership may have more luck.

Thanks for trying Alex. Apparently the body shop also had no luck and were told that Audi no longer makes them and has no part number for them. I don't find this too surprising since there were only 250 of these made and the sticker is fairly minor. So, I think I am just going to go stickerless and see how I like it. The shop said they have a vinyl guy that will try to reproduce it so I have them in case I want to put them on later.
