How Many DTM's Made?

Thats only the 25th anniversary edition S4. There are B7's that were equipped with the DTM body kit as an option

If he has an 07 or 08 with the "Exterior Sport Package" or whatever they call it then XXX of 250 means nothing.

As for how many have the "Exterior Sport Package" - I have no idea. I have one, so there's at least one for you.

Correct, the 25th Aniversary Edition and the DTM package are two completely different things.

Glad to see our count is at least up to two. I would really love to get this number if anyone has a connection to get it. Where I live in the Southeast S4's are extremely rare. I have only seen one other in my home city. I doubt I will ever run into another S4 with the DTM package.

Well cool if this was true. But everything I read said that there were only a limmited number and that was noted on your car. as they only did 250 each year.

Yeah 25th =/= DTM. DTM's have quad exhaust exits for one.

Technically the S4 DTM isn't even a DTM. The only real true DTM that is labeled as such by Audi is the Euro only A4 DTM. We only call it the DTM package here because it's basically the same bumpers and spoilers. The 25th, which came first, is modeled after the A4 DTM kit. Audi wanted to make the kit available in the US and decided an Anniversary edition would be a good way to bring it over. So, in actuality, it's actually the first "DTM" here in the US and they were limited to 250 units, all built by Quattro GmbH.

The S4 "Sports Package", which we have dubbed the S4 DTM, was made available in later models and is almost the same except for the quad exhaust, wheels, and other misc options for the interior.

The S4 DTM has a different rear bumper than the true A4 DTM due to the quad exhaust.
The 25th has a dual exhaust and has the same configuration as the true DTM
The S4 DTM has an alcantera interior like the true A4 DTM
The 25th has a two tone black/grey leather interior to match the exterior, which is exclusive to the 25th.

So really, the S4 DTM and 25th are each essentially different than the true A4 DTM.

Cliff notes:

A4 DTM = DTM
S4 25th Anniversary of Quattro = 25th Anniversary of Quattro
S4 DTM = Exterior Sports Package

There are no S4s in the DTM series.
The A4 DTM (true DTM) has a dual exhaust, not a quad.

Audi of America is great with getting this kind of info for you.

I emailed to ask them how many S4 Avants with a manual transmission were made for the US market in the 2007 model year. They called me back a few days later with the answer. I was shocked to get a call. For those who care, the answer is 72.

Almost twins! I have a 2008 S4 Phantom Black Pearl, Ebony Leather interior with DTM. I just emailed Audi to see how many 08s like mine there are.

I have an 07 dtm black phantom, ebony with the black alcantara inserts so were twins mine had every options but the window shades and tire tps sensor which he ordered without.

Didn't get numbers on dtm package, but I did find out production numbers for my car.

Exactly. its called DTM package in Europe and the Quattro GMBH sport package here. He adopted the name DTM because its easier to say and much shorter
