The dealer can provide you a list of services done while under warranty (generally all services under 50,000 miles) as this information is stored online for anyone with ElsaWeb access to check, and they can also provide you a list of any services that vehicle has received at their specific dealership.

i work at a honda dealer but its most likely the same at your dealer than it is at mine, they can give you your service records of the car only when it was serviced at that dealer. dealers are not linked together and do not get this kind of information from other dealers. if you ever had work done elsewhere, then youll need to get records from those places also.

This might be a mission impossible if you have no idea which stealer serviced what...but aint gonna hurt calling around or just taking it into a stealership to find out. One other thing I've come to realize is if you are just calling for info about a VIN most of these stealerships are very reluctant in giving out any available info unless they are going to have the opportunity to make some money of you by fixing something on your car - try to play along with them to see what you can get or give up trying.

Audi factory warranty work that has been done on the car is linked together and is available from any computer with internet and someone with access to ElsaWeb.

Bring your car to an Audi dealership and ask the service adviser if they would print out the warranty repair history from Elsa for your VIN, as they probably won't give you this information over the phone.

I just called a local dealer I go to for the girl's VW to ask about this same thing before, but I was told to contact each dealer to have them printed out. I just happen to drive up to where my car was from about 2 hours north one day and saw it. So I just stoped in and got everything.
