    Service intervals for B6/7 A4-S4.

Well I took the time this morning to add this to the The Audizine Wiki: B6/B7 S4/RS4 Platform since "sway" requested it. My manual says nothing about after 95,000 miles, but there is a pattern through out the mileage intervals. This is just for the 04-08 A4/S4. I left out the stuff for other Audi's that was in there.

They are right. It says to replace the timing belt on a 1.8T at 75,000 miles but nothing about the water pump. I always replace the water pump when doing the timing belt on my other cars, same with the tensioner (sp?).

DO IT AT 60k! Its cheap insurance, my 1.8 stripped 8 teeth at 64k, ended up costing me more than 4 gs!

The likelihood that your is not stock and thus you may have in its life stressed you engine a little more than stock. They can tell you it is good until a 100k but if it goes next week it's going to be your bill. You may want to consider that.

This was years ago, I fixed it myself, and later recieved a check from AUdi for almost the full amount from a class action lawsuit.
    What should I be considering?

Should all these services be covered under the CPO warranty. I'm asking because mine is a CPO and when I had the 55k service they charged me like $400 and there were still things to do they said.
    thanks

It seems they vary from dealer to dealer.

This is fantastic information but my Audi A4 (2004) B6 2.0 Diesel has just hit 115,000 miles and telling me I need a service. What would you suggest I do at 115,000 miles?

Reading the list, I'm guessing these parts will cover it:

    Engine oil
    Engine oil filter
    Dust and pollen filter
    Spark plugs
    Replacement air cleaner
    Battery
    Replacement windshield wipers
    Lubricate for door hinge mechanisms
Lights kit (fog and breaks need replacing)
    Brake fluid

I don't think the brake fluid has ever been changed, the windscreen wipers either (they don't work very well, heh), and the door hinges make a creaking sound.

    Anything else I'm missing?

I replaced the timing belt on the car at 75,000 miles - I'm surprised the schedule above doesn't list the timing belt?

The diesel A4 was never sold in North America, and it has different intervals.

Your dealer should be able to give you the service items you need.

Suggest you ask in the A4 forum:

IIRC it's either lifetime or 95k, which is way too long. I suggest a 50k interval for the trans and rear diff.
