which spray to use to paint intercooler..

I think just the mesh Ravi! U have polished wheels now, so a lil bling along with the rings in the front is fine. If u had the black wheels i would say black.

Ravi, the paint is going to chip like crazy on the intercooler...I suggest that you just plasti-dip the mesh and put it back on, that will look the best in my opinion.

just paint the grills the fmic isnt that noticeable

Since I've suggested you to paint it black in the past, I'm glad to hear! I would paint it with a 2 component paint between 5% and 20% gloss with a low solid% to avoid a thick coating on the FMIC. See a local paint shop for ICI, PPG, BASF, LECHLER, DUPONT or any other real paint company... do not rattle can it!

Just remember black absorbs heat and will run a few degrees hotter.

anodizing is the best option. Powdercoat is too thick and will interfere with the heat disipation of the aluminum fins on the IC.
