    Forge Splitter Install

So I installed the Forge Splitter DV/BOV this past weekend and I must say I'm pretty impressed. Not too loud and still retains the recirc this car needs . In efforts in minimizing adjustment frustration of the unit without having to lift the car everytime I wanted to adjust it, I've relocated the splitter right next to the airbox. One quick question though, Does anyone know the proper click adjustment for stock specs? I plan on throwing a test pipe, fmic, and exhaust in the next few months, but want to run the splitter at it's optimum for the current stock motor trim. I've searched high and low on the forums regarding proper adjustment but to no avail.

Turn it all the way counter clockwise, then 10 clicks clockwise and adjust as needed from there.

I habe the same valve and I love it. I was just curious tho, how often do you have to service the valve? And how do you go about doing it? I initially set the valve about 25-30clicks tight, and I had no BOV whoosh at all. I then set it back to the settings out of the box and it had the whoosh i was looking for.

    Re: Forge Splitter Install

obvious answer, but when you guys have it set to bov, are you moving the bov horn over to recirc flow and capping the bov outlet? or just plain capping the recirc side?

i have mine with exhaust, test pipe, and fmic and its set all the way to the beginning. i actually like the sound of bov's and sometimes i think its not loud enough(dont tell me to get a HKS because i hate the bird sound). but it gets loud depending on how much im on the gas.
