hahahaha...totally!
my experience with Harry has not been horrid, but he's just not trying
i.e. my 'low oil' warning came on. I didn't know that wasn't a big deal for a 4.2 S4, so I called in. Harry said to go buy oil, and was helpful with respect to what kind etc. I forgot to write down 5W40 Castrol Syntec, so I called back on my way home from work. Helen answered and I explained that my low oil light was on, and she said 'oh, just bring it in and we'll top it up'. They did, and then they washed it for me.
This happened another time too, and I got Harry and got the same 'go to Canadian Tire to buy oil' message. I just called back later in the day and asked for Helen...told her and BAM...free top up, and car wash.
Another time, my car was making a funny noise on startup. Harry told me to bring it in so I did. they couldn't replicate the noise (as always) and he CHARGED ME $60! (1/2 hour labour)! I nearly pissed my pants but didn't say anything.
I called in when the noise persisted the next day and described it to Helen who said it sounded like a power steering fluid problem. They checked the PSF level and sure enough, it was just low. Topped up and washed the car.
