I'm a new Audi owner and so far love my new ride!

Please post your comments on dealer service in and around SoCal. I'm trying to determine which dealership to take my A4 for it's scheduled service.

I've had some luke warm experience with the buying experience, so I'm trying not to make snap judgements on the service end.

Thanks for any comments, suggestions, raves, or complaints.

I heard Downtown Audi and Beverly Hills Audi are two of the better places to take your car in the LA area. I recommend Audi of Mission Viejo. I had a great 5K service with them. I got my car from Rusnak and my only experience with them is when I had to get the A/C in my car fixed when it didn't work for me off the lot. The service manager was very professional. The delivery experience when I first got the car was lukewarm.

Downtown Audi is good. Pacific Audi on Hawthorne is good also, I've had good experience with them.

i took mine to downtown audi for my 10k. no complaints.

Not a dealership but Jose @ EuroTech in W. LA does nothing but good work. Great guy to talk about the Audi's too

Yup, I've heard he does great mechanic work, and I'll be going to him from now on.

I've gotten lots of work done at Rusnak in Thousand Oaks. They treated me great, but it's pretty expensive.

I second Jose! as long as you arent doing warranty work Jose is really really good.. He did a clutch for me and took the time to show me everything that was Wack on my car and even the old clutch and why it was bad... tooo bad he's in F'n santa Monica! that is soooooo far from me! but he's worth it!!

I am sorry to say that I bought my at Keyes Van Nuys, but I don't think I'm going back for either service or sales. I had a letter written to both the GM and Audi Corp. Received a response from Audi, but the only thing they said they would do is to just log in the complaint. Funny how I've have received bad service from both Keyes Acura and Keyes Audi.

Any comments on Rusnak Pasadena?
